NEW VENUE FOR SPECTACULAR!
Dear Parents,
Thank you for your support in this unexpected event of tickets.
We are pleased to announce… WE HAVE A NEW VENUE…
The rehearsal and show dates are still the same.
Our new location is Boyertown Jr. High School WEST
Located on 380 S Madison, Boyertown, Pa
NEW rehearsal times: All Students need to be dropped off at the front door at 5pm and pick up will be at 7:45-
8pm
Show times: All students need to be dropped off between 5:15 & 5:30pm
This location is only 8 more miles from the studio than the previous venue location.
We need to re-arrange the seats and will hand out new tickets with new seat numbers on them according to the
order they were purchased on the 17th.
We need all tickets returned in their envelopes with your family name and quantity that are in the envelope, and
if you need more tickets.
This needs to be handed in by no later than Next THURSDAY, May 28th. If you can hand them in earlier that
would be perfect.
If you were not able to purchase any tickets please put a check in the box with a note of the family name,
quantity needed and special instructions for wheelchairs if needed.
Those who purchased tickets with scattered seats, we will do our best to keep your family all together.
If you have purchased rehearsal tickets we need to exchange those for the show tickets, thank you very much
for understanding the situation and being willing to watch the rehearsal.

Pa 73 Gilbertsville/Boyertown make right off exit
at stop light (Madison street) make a left
down 2 to 3 blocks on left
Boyertown Jr High WEST Parking is right there on the side of the building.
Enter at front doors and take performers to cafeteria to sign them in
