Registration & Open House Grand Jete will be having Registration and Open House. The dates are as follows: Saturday, July 21st 10am-2pm Friday, August 10th 4pm-7pm We encourage all students signup soon as our class size is limited to 8-10 students. **NEW This year** All who have pre-registered for the 2007-2008 season Must pick up their “welcome folder” that will have: invoice payment stubs, a welcome letter and the very important student handbook. Each family or student will have their own folder waiting to be picked up on Saturday, July 21st 10am-2pm or Friday, August 10th 4pm-7pm. Summer Classes & Camps Summer Classes are filling up!! Register now for our summer dance classes or dance camp starting in a few weeks. We will run a 4-6 week session. There are a variety of classes offered from ages 3 through adult, in Dance and Gymnastics. Try out a new class this summer. (see our brochure that was mailed out or check online) Lost and Found Please note we have a shelf in the waiting room that is for lost and found. Please check it, all lost and found items that are not claimed by June 25th will be discarded. Fall Schedule Change For Adv. 11^ Combo Class After reviewing the schedule, we noticed there was an over lap of classes going on. We will be moving the Thursday 5-630 Combo class, fifteen minutes later than usual. It will now be Thursday from 5:15-6:45. We apologize for any inconvenience & thank-you for your cooperation. Now…2 Dance Companies Petite Company and Junior Company Ages 8-10 & Advanced ages 11^ We are thrilled to announce that we will be starting a 2nd dance company for our students ages 8-10, and continue our Advanced Company for those 11^. We are not a school based on competition and performance; however, it is healthy to expand performance opportunities to those students who are ready for the challenge of competition. Audition Dates and Parent meeting for those interested will be as follows: Petite Team (Ages 8-10) Parent Meeting: Friday, July 13th at 5:30 Audition: Friday, July 20th from 5:30-6:30 Junior Team (Ages 11^) Parent Meeting: Sat., August 11th at 1:30 Audition: Wed., August 15th from 6-7pm This group will participate in showcasing their routines in local settings through out the year, compete in one competition and travel to NYC and NJ to take class with professionals and with well renowned teachers. Students need to be enrolled in a Combo or Ballet Class. This is for serious and committed dance students only. For more information, ask Miss Amanda.
